Is it real price for land ??!! No More Farming.
Any damn new business project start with the land or building and they are real costly now to afford either buy it or rent it. Most of new business project will fail due to real estate high prices. Nobody can make new project specially on agriculture or poultry farm.
2 lakh rupees per bigha ( about 2327 square mtr.) for non-fertile land (non-agriculture useless land ) and all the way to inner side of villages. The prices near any city per bigha is around 2 crores or more. Almost all the land prices are so high for farming . Farmer can earn maximum Rs. 10,000 per bigha if he do this by his own without hiring any laborers. How come its possible to invest 40 to 70 lakhs per vigha to earn Rs. 10,000.
Residential properties prices have gone almost five times higher in last six years. The prices in residential property 15000 square yard to 50000 square yard, that depends on locality of property and construction (new-old). The prices structure has been more confused by builder for the square yard or square feet and also carpet area and build-up area. This calculation became more complex due to this factor, some new construction has carpet area cut 33% to 40% on build-up area.
New constructed residential property of 100 square yard carpet area can cost near ( around ) any city is 25 to 35 lakhs . Affordability for these properties don’t look so easy in longer run.
